Terms of service

Please note the following terms of service:

• We accept bookings on our website with a minimum of 12 hours of leading time. If you need a car earlier than that, please phone us and we'll try to provide you with our best solution.
• The price includes a "start of service" fee of 9 euros, in addition to the price per km.
• The price doesn't include the possible tolls, in case the traveller decides to go through toll roads. Such an additional cost will be supplied by the driver during the trip.
• If the client cancels the trip up to 48 hours before its beginning date, a cancellation fee of 10 euros will be charged.
• If the client cancels the trip within 48 hours of the beginning of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
• If the client does not show up at the beginning of the trip, he/she will be charged the complete price of the trip.
• Once at the departure point of the trip, if the traveller is late, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes for free. After that, we will charge a fee of 20 euros for each hour of waiting time.

Purpose of data processing

We process the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To manage your booking and provide the requested transportation service.
• To process payment for the services contracted.
• To send you communications related to your booking (confirmations, changes, etc.).
• To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Personal data we collect

When you make a booking, we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details: pickup and destination addresses, travel date and time, number of passengers, special observations.
• Location data: geographic coordinates of the pickup and destination points.
• Technical data: IP address at the time of registration or login (for security purposes).

Third parties with access to your data

To provide our services, we share data with the following third parties:

• Google (Google Maps, Places API): to search for addresses and calculate routes. Google receives the addresses you enter. Google Privacy Policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA: to protect our forms against spam. Google receives data about your interaction with the page. Google Privacy Policy.
• CECABank: to process card payments. CECABank receives the data necessary for the transaction. CECABank Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Your data will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the legally established periods to address any potential liabilities (generally 5 years for tax obligations).

Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you the following rights:

• Access: you may request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: you may correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: you may request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Objection: you may object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability: you may request your data in a structured format.
• Restriction: you may request that processing of your data be limited.
